SUPPORTED LIVING
Keystone Family Services supports independent individuals in their own homes. Flexible hours are set up with professional providers to come to the individual's home. Providers are also available for 24 hour emergency services if needed.
DAY SUPPORT
Day support services offer community-based activities, training, supervision and support to help individuals learn lifelong skills to maintain essential life skills to be able to continue to participate and function in their own communities.
HOST HOMES
Trained host home families are able to take in individuals in their homes. This service allows for individuals to be included into a more family-centered environment, where individuals can learn basic skills and foster relationships and trust with host home families.
