Keystone Family Services is committed to providing quality care by hiring highly motivated, talented and caring providers. Our training program teaches important skills and tools to help relationships and make a difference in someone's life.
Supported Living Provider
A supported living provider
aides in support and services to individuals with disabilities and other special needs to help them live independently as possible. Providers will help individuals access resources, assist with medical care and mentor individuals to develop lifelong living skills.
Day Support Provider
A day support provider will engage in assist in the planning of community-based activities. Providers will be creative in individualized caregiving to support daily living and help individuals with emotional support.
Host Home Provider
Host home providers will provide individuals a safe family centered environment and be responsible to provide 24-hour care for individuals in their homes. Daily care will include providing the individual with meals, transportation, routine medical care, such as medication and medical appointments and other individualized needs depending on the individuals situation.
